As a COURTESY, we try to call a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you by phone, or by email, please understand that it is also your responsibility to remeber your appointment dates and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Life happens, and we understand sometimes you can’t make your appointment. However, we are a service industry that relies on set appointments for our services. With that being said, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availabilities, as well as keeping our technicians’ schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
For any cancellations, we ask that you call at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointments.
Any groups, packages, or services exceeding $125.00 must be held with a credit card. Groups or packages not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in full service charge or gift card voided.
In the event the guest is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, half of the service(s) fee missed will be charged.
There is absolutely no credit.
Being late on occasion is unfortunately part of life. However being an appointment based industry if you are late, you risk your appointment being cancelled. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying our next guest, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived. Our late policy is as follows:
If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the boutique. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the boutique, you will be restricted from booking future appointments. Remember, there were other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.
Children are only permitted when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, but we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
Most of the team here at Bliss Wax Boutique own dogs and animals of every kind. We love them! However, unless you have a permit that your dog is your aide, we ask that you please leave them at home.
